Sample Dyeing Machine (Oil System)
The machines used in textile laboratories for sample dyeing processes can perform dyeing between ambient temperature and 140°C. The dyeing tubes are placed in a bath tank in a liquid (oil) environment, and the dyeing is carried out at the desired temperature and time using a microprocessor control unit. These machines, capable of atmospheric and polyester dyeing, are easy to use as benchtop models.
The machines use temperature and time control computers. These products, called microprocessors, have 36 separate programs, and each program has 20 steps.
Dyeing recipes are stored in the microprocessor memory only once and can be used by selecting the program number when needed. The machine then activates heating, cooling, and alarm outputs, following the program steps and giving an alarm to the operator at the end of the program. Optionally, microprocessors with larger memory capacities can be installed on the machines.
