Yarn Strength Tester
Used for strength measurement of yarn, cable and similar products. Maximum force is 50 kgf (500 Newton). It can read the peak value at the moment of break.
Features
- The sample is clamped by jaws and break/separation strength is recorded in kgf or Newton.
- Breaking operation is carried out automatically by an adjustable-speed motor.
- Elongation measurement capability is available (0.1 mm precision).
- Breaking jaws can be selected as manual clamping or pneumatic control at order stage.
- Travel length is 1000 mm excluding jaws; single-column model.
- Electronic load-cell measurement system.
- Standard RS232 computer communication output on the device.
- Computer, printer and application software are available and offered as optional.
